Delete my account

You can delete your Kaloria account at any time, either directly in the app or by requesting it here.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open the Kaloria app, go to Settings → Delete account, type "excluir conta" to confirm, and you're done. Deletion happens immediately.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, send an email to contato@kaloriaapp.com from the address tied to your account, with subject "Delete account". We verify your identity and process the request within 7 days.

3. What gets deleted

Your account, profile, meal logs, workouts, uploaded photos, group messages and presence history are permanently erased. Streaks and participation in active cycles end immediately.

4. What may be retained

For legal obligations (tax and fraud prevention) we may keep for up to 5 years: minimal records of paid subscription transactions, anonymized security logs, and data required to comply with legal requests. None of this identifies you publicly.

5. Premium subscription

Deleting your Kaloria account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the store first (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions) to avoid further charges.
