1. Acceptance
By downloading and using Kaloria, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities within it. Don't share your password. Security notices go to your registered email.
3. User content
Photos, audio and descriptions you submit are used for AI processing and display within the app. You retain all rights to your content.
4. Medical disclaimer
Kaloria doesn't replace professional medical or nutritional guidance. Calorie goals and recommendations are estimates based on standard scientific formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor, etc.), but decisions about diet and health should involve a qualified professional.
5. Premium subscription
Premium features are offered via recurring subscription billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime through your account settings in the store. Refunds follow the stores' own policies.
6. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible.
