Privacy isn't a detail for us. Here's exactly what data we collect, why, and who we share it with.
1. Data we collect
- Account: name, email, age, gender, weight, height — to calculate your goals.
- Activity: photos, voice descriptions, barcodes, foods and workouts.
- App usage: screens, actions, performance — only to improve the product.
2. How we use your data
To calculate goals, show progress, generate personal reports and personalize recommendations. We don't sell, trade or share your data with third parties for external advertising.
3. Sharing within your group
In groups, other members see your name, profile picture, streak and daily progress summary — not the photos of your meals. You control when you join, leave and which groups.
4. Your rights (LGPD)
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at contato@kaloriaapp.com. We reply within 15 days.
5. Security
Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is on AWS (sa-east-1) infrastructure with at-rest encryption. Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing.
